Delivery time is based on arrangement. However, we usually call the recipient on the delivery date to reconfirm the location and delivery time.
However, delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No. 8 or above is issued, or a black rain storm warning is on. We shall contact you asap for alternative delivery arrangement.
Delivery charges are based on the destination areas but limited to areas along MTR station. Details of our delivery areas and charges, please refer to the attached list below:
